Because This Is Who We Are..

Read the work for tomorrow's class. Honestly really found it very interesting. It's neat to see what different cultures value versus what I value when it comes to writing. I found a bunch of the points made by this work very interesting...but I suppose I'll save my comments for tomorrow's class...

Feeling Productive

Got up at 9 (which is early for me on a Sunday) and started reading for my upcoming classes. Not feeling very talky right now...kinda tired...might take a nap (which would completely cancel out my getting up early). That's all for now...

Bookstore News!

Went to the bookstore today; got the last book for ENGL 486 (Landmark Essays, A Guide to Composition Pedagogies, and Writing New Media). Printed out the readings...almost killed my printer but all in all saved me a ton of money. Trying to get in the flow of posting on the blog so if there are a whole bunch of random thoughts posted...just ignore.

The First Post...

So, I started my blog for ENGL 486 today...This should be an interesting medium to express ideas/converse with others (more so than Blackboard). Printing out the ENGL 486 readings...
